Watercolor brushes (synthetic blend)
1” Flat
6” to 10” Round
Palette with a large mixing area preferable
I use John Pike Palette
Watercolor paint (any artist grade brand)
Daniel Smith brand carries all the quinacridone colors
French ultramarine (blue)
Cobalt blue
Alizarin Crimson (red)
New Gamboge (yellow)
Raw Sienna or Yellow Ochre
Quinacradone Burnt Orange
Watercolor paper
I paint on an Arches 140# cold press 9x12 watercolor block (20 sheets). A full sheet equals 4 1/4 sheets of 140# cold-pressed a full sheet is 22x30 inches
Miscellaneous supplies
Drafting tape
Paper towels (Viva)
Board for attaching your paper (optional)
Graphite paper (with wax)
Squirt bottles for water (you can purchase them at the Dollar Store)
